1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to violate applicable law, transmit spam, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, reproduce content without permission, or impersonate any person or entity.
2. Intellectual Property
All Site content including text, graphics, logos, images, and the ProofMark system name and methodology is the property of BAZZLE LLC. The names BAZZLE and ProofMark are proprietary marks of BAZZLE LLC. Nothing grants any license to use intellectual property without written consent.
3. No Professional Relationship
Use of this Site does not create an appraiser-client or professional relationship. A professional relationship is established only through a written engagement agreement. Nothing on this Site constitutes a certified appraisal, legal opinion, financial advice, or investment advice.
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAZZLE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.00.
5. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Site at any time.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indiana law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Monroe County, Indiana under AAA rules, except either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
7. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program description and use cases. BAZZLE (a brand of BAZZLE LLC) offers an SMS text messaging program to individuals who opt in through a form on this website. Messages relate to the appraisal inquiry you initiate and include appointment scheduling, status updates, and direct replies to your questions. We do not send marketing or promotional blasts.
Consent and age. By checking the SMS consent box and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring text messages from BAZZLE. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of any service. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in.
Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-out instructions. You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carrier liability disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
