When you submit a contact form, we collect your name, email, phone, company, and message. We also automatically collect technical information including IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, and referring source through cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics. Our on-site assistant (Hank) stores a session identifier in your browser's local storage so your conversation stays continuous as you move between pages; you can clear it any time using the assistant's New chat control or your browser settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, send communications where you have consented, improve the Site, comply with legal obligations, and protect against unauthorized use.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site under confidentiality obligations, including our web-form processor (which delivers contact-form submissions to us by email) and our analytics provider (Google Analytics); with legal counsel as required by law; or in connection with a business transaction. Nathan Bazzle operates under USPAP confidentiality obligations for appraisal client relationships.
